Respawns every Blue Fly, Blue Spider, Bone Orbital, Wisp, Item Wisp, Blue Beetle, Attack Skuzz, Fragile Bobby, Morbid Chiunk, and Fairy Fly that has died on the floor.

Only keeps track of familiars that have died while holding the item.

Does not keep track of familiars respawned by this item.

The same familiars can be respawned multiple times on the same floor.

Spawns a single Blue Beetle if no familiars are available to respawn.
