Putrid Heart is an active item in Foks' Booster Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns a fly familiar that follows Isaac's movement with a 0.66 second delay.

On useCauses Isaac to teleport to the familiar, making him briefly invincible.

Teleporting onto an enemy deals 50 + DamageStat × 5 damage to the enemy.

The brief immunity can be used to enter Curse Rooms and open Spiked Chests for free.
