Angry Whistle is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac can accumulate Anger by dealing damage to enemies, similar to Tainted Samson.

Taking non-self damage causes Isaac to activates the effects of Larynx and gradually decreases Anger.

Gains the following buffs depending on how much Anger has accumulated:

• >25%:
+0.15 speed.
+0.25 damage.
+0.2 shot speed.
-0.25 tears.

• >50%: While walking, Isaac sends out a small shockwave that deals 3 + ContactDamage damage to all enemies nearby.

• >75%: Isaac emits 1-2 small flames every 0.5 seconds, each flame lasts roughly 1.5 seconds and deals 10 damage to enemies.

• 100%: Activates the effects of Larynx and gradually decreases Anger. Attempts to convert 1 heart container or Soul Heart into 1 bone heart, spawns 2 bone orbitals instead if the convert fails.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
