Black Koi item
Black Koi is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering a new room has a 40% chance to fill the room with water.
While in these rooms, holding fire button will constantly summon friendly Fissures at random position.
These Fissures jump out of water before homing in and latching onto enemies, dealing 5 damage every second.
Once per room, one of the friendly Fissures has a 1% chance to be replaced by The Shell, which is also friendly towards Isaac but only lasts for current room.
