Gateway of Reflections item
Gateway of Reflections is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a 50% chance to spawn a Shard of Reflection.
Turns normal character into tainted version, and vise versa.
If the character doesn't have a tainted version, teleport to I AM ERROR room instead.
