Lunar Eclipse item
Lunar Eclipse is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering a new room has a 45% chance to fill the room with complete darkness.
While in these rooms:
• Has a 30% chance to spawn a Luna light beam on the first visit.
• Slows down all enemies within spotlight, dealing 3 damage per tick (9 per second) to them.
• Killing any enemy outside of spotlight either freezes them (15%), or causes them to fire two projectiles that leaves black creep behind (85%).
