Soul Combust is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While the middle ring is not full Killing an enemy has a 33% chance to spawn a wisp on the middle ring, it cannot shoot and only has 1 HP.

Otherwise Killing an enemy has a 33% chance to spawn a blue flame on a random wisp and reduces the wisp's contact damage and HP by 25%. The wisp won't take any damage while the blue flame exists.

If Isaac has multiple copies of the item, spawns an extra wisp or blue flame for each addtional copy he has.
