The Blue Pills item
The Blue Pills is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupSpawns a Blue Medicine pill.
While heldBlue Medicine pill has a 5% to replace newly spawned pills.
Holding fire button has a chance to fire blue capsules that execute enemies with less than DamageStat x 1.5 + 3 health.
The chance to fire blue capsules scales with luck and is evaluated on every frame, maxing out at 50% with 8 luck.
Using any pill has a chance to apply Blue Medicine as additional effects.
The chance to activate Blue Medicine effects scales with luck, maxing out at 50% with 8 luck.
