Twin Core item
Twin Core is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Whenever an enemy takes damage, every other enemy loses HP equal to 10% of that damage.
Whenever a character takes non-self damage, Applies fear and slow to all characters for 2 seconds.
Taking non-self damage has a chance to spawn a random pickup based on the damage dealt.
