Golden Telescope is a passive item in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When leaving a floor, all unvisited rooms are converted into bonus golden rooms on the next floor.

Golden rooms can be either normal or special room types.

Golden rooms have a lower average spawn weight than standard rooms.

Large rooms count as multiple unvisited rooms.

Unvisited golden rooms carry over between floors.
