Lil Errant item
Lil Errant is a familiar in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can only be obtained by using 
Telescopes or by using the Marshmallow!? or Balls Up pill and cannot be found naturally.
Spawns a little Errant orbital that blocks shots and deals 1 damage per tick (6 per second).
Around 0.75 times per second shoots a random tear from any other Lil Moon familiar.
Lil Errant will orbit a random Lil Moon familiar in each room.
