Flat Worm trinket
Flat Worm is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Makes Isaac's tears 50% wider and gives them an oblong appearance.
Slightly increases tear knockback.
Has a chance of being dropped upon defeating Larry Jr., Scolex, The Hollow, or Pin. The chance for a trinket to drop is 1%, with every worm variant having an equal chance of being selected.

• Tears are 50% wider
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): Tears are 100% wider
• Mom's Box: Tears are 100% wider
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: Tears are 150% wider
• Tears have slightly more knockback
