Heart (half soul) pickup

Heart (half soul) is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Description

Adds a half soul heart.

Soul Hearts are added to the end of the health bar. They are not permanent; once lost, they cannot be replenished.

Defeat Mom's Heart 5 times.
