Grab Bag pickup
Grab Bag is a pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Spawns 1-4 random pickups when touched.
Cannot spawn hearts, pill, chests, or items.
Has an increased chance to spawn batteries.
Can be sold for 7 cents in shops.
