Crane Game is an unlockable machine in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Costs 5¢ to play.

The machine will display one random item from the Crane Game item pool, and can give up to 3 items before exploding.

Bumping into the machine has a 25% chance to pay out with the displayed item, and 75% to do nothing.

Curse of the Blind! affects the Crane Game item, when displayed, and when won.

If all items in the item pool have been picked up, the Crane Game will only dispense Buddy in a Box.

When destroyed Drops several random pickups.
