Having a Golden Bomb does not affect the Bomb Bum in any way.

Possible payouts
• 1-3 pennies.
• Random heart.

Final payout
• Item from the Bomb Bum item pool.

When bombed
• Has explosion immunity, and will spawn 6 Troll Bombs around the room.
• His own Troll Bombs cannot make him spawn more bombs.
• Can only be destroyed by Mama Mega!, Mega Mush and Larynx, dropping several random pickups.
