Epic Fetus item
Epic Fetus is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Replaces Isaac's tears with guided missiles.
Pressing a fire button spawns a crosshair that can be controlled with the fire buttons, summoning a missile to its position 1.5 seconds later.
Each missile deals 20x Isaac's damage.
Missiles are affected by some bomb modifiers.
The speed of the crosshair is not affected by Isaac's shot speed.
