Blood Rights is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Deals a full heart of damage and activates The Necronomicon effect, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.
Deals only half a heart of damage after the first use in the same room.
Prioritizes red hearts.
Bypasses boss armor.
