Mom's Eyeshadow is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Gives a chance to shoot charming tears that cause enemies to temporarily fight on Isaac's side.

The chance to fire a charming tear scales with luck, starting at 10% with 0 luck, and maxing out at 100% with 26.95 luck: 1 / (10 - (LuckStat / 3)).
