Infamy item
Infamy is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 50% chance to block any projectile that hits Isaac.
A successful block is indicated by Isaac briefly flashing blue.
Cannot block explosives, lasers, lines of fire from fireballs and projectiles from Big Bony, Coal Boy and Danny.
Even though the mask is only seen on Isaac's face, projectiles can be blocked from any direction.
