Epiphora item
Epiphora is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Fire rate gradually increases as Isaac shoots in one direction, but accuracy decreases.
When the stat boost is at maximum, it effectively doubles Isaac's fire rate.
Rate of fire returns to normal when Isaac stops shooting, changes shooting direction, or enters an unexplored boss room.
