Betrayal item
Betrayal is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Allows enemies to hurt each other with projectiles.
When an enemy gets damaged by another enemy, they will attack that enemy instead of Isaac. At this point, the 2 enemies are able to deal contact damage to each other as well.

How to unlock?
Defeat Hush as Judas.
