Tractor Beam is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

+1 fire rate.
+2.5 range.
+0.16 shot speed.

Creates a beam directly in front of Isaac in the direction that his head is facing. Isaac's tears will always travel in the path of the beam.

If Isaac changes direction while shooting, tears that are midair will instantly snap to the beam.

Prevents Isaac from firing tears at an angle by using momentum.
