Dataminer is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Rotates every enemy and pickup 90 degrees and moves its sprite up and left without affecting hitboxes.

Adds random tear effects for the current room and distorts the music.

Increases 1 of Isaac's stats and decreases another. Possible stat changes include:
• ±1 damage.
• ±0.5 fire rate.
• ±0.2 speed.
• ±0.2 shot speed.
• ±1 luck.
• ±2.5 range.

If the tear stat reaches a negative number, Isaac's tear stat will instead go to the maximum possible value due to an integer overflow.
