Hallowed Ground is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a white poop familiar that follows Isaac and turns into a white poop when Isaac is hurt.

White poop has an aura that grants ×1.2 damage multiplier, ×2.5 fire rate multiplier, homing tears, and has a 50% chance to negate damage.

Can be used to negate damage from Devil Beggars, Blood Donation Machines, and similar self-sacrifice mechanics.

White poop cannot be destroyed from enemy projectiles and charging attacks.

The familiar respawns after leaving the room.

This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
