Ocular Rift item
Ocular Rift is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Grants Isaac a 5% chance to fire a special tear that creates a rift where it lands, which damages nearby enemies and pulls in enemies, pickups and tears/enemy projectiles for 2 seconds.
Rifts deal 50% of Isaac's damage per tick (3x Isaac's damage per second).
Enemy projectiles pulled in by rifts will damage other enemies.
The size of the rift scales with Isaac's damage.
The chance to fire a rift is only slightly affected by luck.
