Glitched Crown item
Glitched Crown is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Causes newly generated item pedestals to indefinitely cycle between 5 random items from the current room's item pool, at a very quick rate of once every 0.2 seconds.
Does not affect quest items.
Also affects items during Curse of the Blind!, but none of the items can be seen.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Isaac.
