Chaos Card is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac.

Throws the card in the direction Isaac's body is facing (movement direction). Anything that crosses the card's path gets instantly destroyed, including enemies, bosses and obstacles.

The card has a short range, but can pass through multiple enemies.

Can also kill indestructible enemies, except Dark Esau.

Will blow open doors, just like a regular bomb explosion.

Cannot kill Delirium, The Beast, and Mother's Shadow.

Using it on some multi-phase bosses will only defeat their current phase: Satan (if used on the Fallen phase), Mega Satan, Hush, Ultra Greed, Mother, Dogma.

Using it on Great Gideon will reveal a secret crawlspace underneath him that contains several chests and items.
