Experimental Pill is a consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Increases a random stat and decreases another, with the same power as normal stat up/down pills.

If Isaac can only obtain positive pills, it won't decrease a stat, but only increase one. Similarly, if he can only obtain negative pills, will only decrease one stat.

Horse pill: The 2 effects are doubled in power.
