Locust of War trinket
Locust of War is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Upon entering an unexplored room, spawns a Red Locust that detonates upon impact with enemies, dealing 2x Isaac's damage for the impact, and 60 for the explosion.
The explosion synergizes with Isaac's bomb effects.
The explosion can damage Isaac and the environment.

How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Apollyon.
