Lil Clot trinket
Lil Clot is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns a Sumptorium clot familiar that moves and shoots using the same inputs as Isaac.
The familiar uses Isaac's tears, range, shot speed, and tears effects. It deals 0.35x Isaac's damage.
The clot will die after getting hit 3 times, and will respawn in the next room.

Defeat Mother as 
Tainted Eve.
