Black Orb item
Black Orb is an unlockable passive item in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Holding the firing keys for 5 seconds, then releasing spawns a damaging dark orb onto the nearest enemy that hits up to 4 times.
The orb deals 7 × ((DamageStat × FireRate) / (105/11) ) damage per hit, and ignores armor.
This number cannot go lower than 7.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Tainted Winifred.
