Benighted Heart item
Benighted Heart is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".
Obtained by using XV - The Devil or The Book of Belial on Sacred Heart.
x2.3 fire rate multiplier.
+1 fire rate.
+0.25 shot speed.
-0.4 damage.
-1 Red Heart container.
Drains all red heart containers. Half a heart is left if Isaac has only red health.
Tears gain a strong magnetic effect that attracts enemies, pickups, and trinkets towards them.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
