Library Certificate is an active item in Library Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to an oversized library room which contains a copy of every unlocked active book that has the book item tag.

After taking a book, Isaac returns to the room he used Library Certificate in.

Cannot be used inside Boss Rush, Devil Deal, Angel Room, or a Challenge Room.
