Poopapedia is an active item in Library Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does one of the following:
• 1% → Drops the item and converts it into The Poop.
• 4% → Big fart that deals 50% of Isaac's damage to nearby enemies and applies permanent poison. Also knocks back enemies and projectiles.
• 25% → Spawns a Neutral Fly.
• 30% → Produces a normal, Butter Bean, or charming fart.
• 20% → Spawns a friendly Dip.
• 20% → Spawns 2 Blue Flies.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
