Golden Cross is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a 10% chance to fire a golden tear that gives hit enemies a godhead aura on impact.

Godhead aura follows the enemy, damages nearby enemies, and goes away shortly.

The chance to fire a tar tear goes up to 50% at 12 luck.
