Dual Blade Hairpin is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns 2 items with the food tag.

While held Double-tapping a fire button causes Isaac to fire 1 item with the food tag that he holds, dealing Isaac's damage. Upon hitting something or falling to the ground, sending out rock waves that deal 10% of Isaac's damage damage per 0.1 second and reverts to a pedestal item.
