Gains CoinsStillRequiredToConsume / 7 (rounded up) Broken Hearts if coins consumed by Isaac are less than half of the recorded amount (rounded up) at the start of each floor. Then rerecord the amount of coins Isaac has.

The trapdoor won't spawn on the Home floor and will disappear once Isaac leaves the special underground shop.
