Phecda item
Phecda is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Provides a 40% chance to transform all 
Pennies into 
Double Pennies, 
Nickels, 
Dimes, 
Lucky Pennies, or 
Golden Pennies.
Grants the ability to recharge your active item in exchange for coins. This can be accomplished by attempting to use an active item when it's not fully charged.
Each charge slot costs 1¢.
