Toxic Wastepack is a pickup in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be thrown with the fire buttons while held.

When not picked up by Isaac for 1 second, continuously spawns toxic miasma that expands in range every 3 seconds.

When held by Isaac, toxic miasma is not spawned.

Deals damage equal to 2% of maximum health every 0.1 seconds to enemies that come into contact with the toxic miasma, ignoring armor.

Isaac coming into contact with the toxic miasma gain 1 Broken Hearts per second.
