Grand Cross is an unlockable passive item in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Double-tapping a fire button will fire a piercing boomerang cross in the chosen direction. The cross deals 2.5 x DamageStat x (1 + Velocity ÷ 25) damage to enemies it hits and returns to Isaac after being fired.

The cross has a 3-second cooldown after it returns to Isaac. The cooldown scales with Isaac's tears stat.

Defeat Mother as Martha.
