Corrupt Heart is an unlockable passive item in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 black heart.
+0.25 damage up for each full black heart you have.
All heart types have a 33% chance of being converted into either a 
Black Heart or Black Locusts.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast 
Tainted Mastema.
