Twisted Faith trinket
Twisted Faith is an unlockable trinket in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Automatically smelted upon pickup.
Devil room items are free but only one can be taken.
Angel room items cost hearts but multiple can be taken.
Doing this will not lock Isaac into angel rooms for the rest of the run.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as 
Mastema.
