Hellfire is a passive item in Mollith's Item Bunch, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
x0.8 firerate multiplier.
Enemies on damage will spew a fire in a random direction.
The damage that the fire deals is equal the how much the enemy took damage divided by 3.
