Sharp Penny is a trinket in More Penny Trinkets, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance to deal half a red heart of damage when collecting coins. This damage may not kill Isaac.

The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• Penny: 20% chance.
• Double Penny: 36% chance.
• Nickel: 67.23% chance.
• Dime: 89.26% chance.
