El Loco is an active item in Neapolitan Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac deliriously farts, warping nearby enemies in the following ways:
• 40% chance the enemy is turned into a pickup ( Key, Bomb, Penny, Half Heart, Half Soul Heart)
• 30% chance the enemy is deleted from the room
• 30% chance the enemy is turned into poop

Inflicts a random status effect upon every enemy in the room.
