Lil Fetus item
Lil Fetus is a familiar in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the RX Baby and Lil Fetus submod.
Description
Spawns a familiar that charges while Isaac is shooting and throws tiny bombs.
Holding the charged bomb for too long will cause it to explode and damage Isaac for half a heart.
The thrown bomb synergizes with Isaac's bombs and deals 35 flat damage.
Part of the RX Baby and Lil Fetus mod.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
