Satan's Trident is a passive item in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Niro's Collection submod.

Isaac holds a trident aimed at the direction he is shooting/walking.

It deals contact damage to enemies equal to 2x Isaac's damage, 4.29 times per second.

When the trident kills an enemy, it has a 5% chance to inflict fear to all enemies for 5 seconds, and a 1% chance to drop a Black Heart.

Part of the Niro's Collection mod.
