Super Mush is a passive item in PJJ & Niro's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Niro's Collection submod.

Replaces Hearts and Half Hearts with Super Mush pickups. In addition, Super Mush pickups can be a drop from mushrooms obstacles and enemies.

A mushroom counter is added to the hud. Taking damage takes away 3 mushrooms.

Part of the Niro's Collection mod.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
