Isaac has a 2.5% chance to fire a volley of 8-32 spectral tears in a ring around him.

Whenever Isaac does not fire a volley, the chance increases by +0.5%. When Isaac successfully fires a volley, the chance drops back to 2.5%.

The larger the volley is, the less damage each individual tear deals.

Tear damage formula:
DamageStat × (1.5 - (VolleySize / 32))
